Also take a look at the Cross Country home page for an image of the upcoming concussion baseline testing dates with our Athletic Trainer.  It's important that you schedule an appointment to complete your baseline testing if you haven't already.  We will definitely need you to complete baseline testing before allowing you to compete.

Cougar Clash

It was another hot one this week, as we traveled down the street to Pulaski County's Cougar Clash Invitational at the beautiful Randolph Park!  Varsity went as a way to preview the course, and even though it was a used as a workout the Bruins still performed well with a 2nd place team finish for the Boys and a 1st place team finish for the Girls.  Kaitlynn Wolfe and Ailene Edwards also bested the previous course record of 19:40 with times of 19:18 and 19:20, respectively.  And the JV squads put in the hard work in the heat of the day with the Girls earning 1st and the Boys earning 2nd - Audrey Link won Girls JV with a 1 minute 41 second lead over 2nd place, and Matthew McPherson led the Boys JV charge.

Results and Pictures are all updated, as well as Athlete Pages on the Roster.  Splits from the race will be updated soon!
